Quality Policy
The management of COMERCIAL COSMÉTICA VALLADOLID, S.L. has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System based on the requirements of the UNE EN ISO 9001 "Quality Management System" and UNE EN ISO 13485 "Quality Management Systems. Medical Devices" standards.
The Quality Management System covers the following activities:
"Design, development, manufacture, marketing, and technical support for medical devices for aesthetic use and aesthetic equipment."
The purpose of the Quality Management System is to satisfy the customers of COMERCIAL COSMÉTICA VALLADOLID, S.L., to comply with all requirements, both those specified by the customer and those that are legal or regulatory, and those necessary for the proper functioning of the organization.
To this end, the management of COMERCIAL COSMÉTICA VALLADOLID, S.L. is committed to meeting the following general objectives:
- Commitment to comply with applicable legal requirements, including the European Medical Devices Regulation, as well as customer requirements and the requirements of the Quality Management System implemented, based on the UNE EN ISO 9001 and UNE EN ISO 13485 standards.
- Commitment to promoting the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System in place, bringing into play all the resources it considers necessary to achieve our objectives.
- Commitment to effectively control all our activities, with special emphasis on the quality and safety of our products, and the review of stakeholder expectations.
- Commitment to promoting understanding and dissemination of our Quality Policy within our organization through training and ongoing communication with our employees and all relevant stakeholders by publishing it on our website.
