Yes. The purchase of any of our equipment includes specific training on its correct use. In addition, we have our own technical support service that works with maximum agility and guarantees a response time of less than 72 hours. This allows us to offer close, effective, and continuous support from day one.
Our equipment is covered by the legal warranty in force in Spain. In the case of lasers, they come with a 1-year warranty or up to 10,000,000 shots (whichever comes first). All other equipment also comes with a 1-year warranty, in accordance with applicable regulations.
We know how important equipment is in the day-to-day running of a beauty salon. That’s why we offer response times of no more than 72 hours for any technical incident. Our technical service evaluates each case to provide a solution as quickly as possible and minimize any disruption to your business.
Yes. We offer different options tailored to the needs of each center: rental, rental with option to purchase, cash payment, or financing.
We finance directly from the factory, without intermediaries or banks, which allows us to offer greater flexibility and agility in the process. In addition, if you prefer, we can also manage it through financial institutions.

Yes. We offer demonstrations so you can get to know the equipment before making a decision. Just contact us and we will arrange a date that suits you best. The representative for your area will visit your center to give a demonstration, answer your questions, and show you how the equipment can be adapted to the treatments and needs of your business.
